RISE is Revolution Mortgage’s compliant partnership model for real estate professionals. It allows agents, team leaders, and broker-owners to participate in mortgage revenue without needing to become licensed or manage loans directly.
Is RISE RESPA compliant?
Yes. Every RISE structure aligns with RESPA Section 8 and FHA 4000.1 guidelines. All compensation is fixed, non-volume-based, and processed through approved W-2 channels — 100 percent compliant, transparent, and auditable.
How do I get paid?
RISE Partners earn a flat fee (typically $1,000 per closed loan). Summit leaders share in branch P&L performance, creating predictable, scalable income without handling lending operations.
Do I need a mortgage license?
No. You remain a full-time real estate professional. Our licensed loan officers handle all lending operations while you stay focused on your buyers and closings.
Who manages the loans?
Every RISE branch operates with a dedicated processing and underwriting team to ensure white-glove service for your clients. You introduce the relationship — we execute the loan with precision
How do I join?
